How a request works
- Log in to the file service portal.
- Create a request and enter the vehicle, ECU/TCU and requested work.
- Upload the original file.
- Follow the request and communicate through the portal.
- Download the completed file when it is returned.
- If required, request a revision within the same request history.
- File status: Receive Push messages through PUSHOVER app.
Why use the portal instead of email?
It keeps each original file, completed file, message and revision linked to the correct request. This reduces mistakes and makes previous work easier to find later.
