The portal uses a clear partner → dealer structure. As a partner, you decide who your dealers are, what they pay in credits, how requests are processed and whether selected files are handled internally or routed to an approved supplier.

Supplier routing without losing control
A partner can choose to process a request internally or send it to an approved supplier. The supplier receives the request in its supplier environment and can return the completed file to the original request. The dealer then sees the finished file inside the partner workflow.
Pricing
The standard ChiptuningFiles Portal subscription is €99 per month excluding VAT. Dealer accounts are part of the portal structure. Supplier services are separate from the software subscription.

Can I set my own dealer prices?
Yes. Partners control dealer credit pricing and their own commercial relationship with dealers.
Can a dealer see another dealer’s files?
No. Dealer access is separated within the account structure.
Do I need to use an external supplier?
No. A partner can handle files internally. Supplier routing is an optional workflow when an approved supplier is linked.
